In health tourism the competition is won on trust, not price. Patients search in their own language, read in their own language, and move on to the next clinic if they cannot write to you in it.

The three problems we see most

The Arabic section is machine translated. For the patient this is the first technical impression of the clinic, and it is not a good one.

One landing page for every treatment. If someone searching for a hair transplant and someone searching for dental implants land on the same page, neither finds what they came for and the ad budget is wasted.

Nothing is measured. Enquiries arrive over WhatsApp with no record of which ad produced them. You cannot know which campaign works, so the budget is spread blind.

A three-layer setup

Being clear about ad policy

Google restricts healthcare-related advertising, and the rules differ by country. Certain claims, guarantees and before-and-after imagery are grounds for disapproval. Building the campaign to those rules from the start is cheaper than dealing with a suspended account later, so we write ad copy and landing pages against the policy.

Measuring qualified enquiries, not form counts

Form submissions, phone taps and WhatsApp handoffs are recorded as separate events and matched to the ad source. After three months you can see, in numbers, which treatment, language and country actually produce patients.

What we do not do

We do not write medical claims, promise treatment outcomes, or guarantee a monthly patient count. An agency promising those either does not know the policies or is not being straight with you.
