The most frustrating part of working with an agency is not knowing where the work stands. We write the process down so you know what is happening at every stage and what comes next.
1. Discovery and audit (week 1)
We review your current site, analytics and ad accounts. The output is not a sales pitch — it is a list of findings: what works, what does not, and what is not being measured at all.
What you get: a written audit and a priority order.
2. Scope and fixed price (week 1)
We write the scope from the findings and quote a fixed price. No hourly billing. If the scope changes we talk first and write it down second.
What you get: scope document, delivery schedule, fixed quote.
3. Measurement setup (at the start)
We do not skip this or leave it to the end. GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion goals go in before development. Otherwise whatever we claim to have improved has no baseline.
4. Build on staging (4–8 weeks)
Every project runs in its own staging environment. Your live site never stops. We share the staging link weekly, so you see progress yourself instead of reading about it.
What you get: weekly staging access and a short progress note.
5. Launch (1 day)
Pre-launch checklist: redirects, speed, mobile, forms actually sending email, analytics actually collecting, and the site not being blocked from search engines. We monitor for 48 hours after launch.
6. Handover and documentation
All access transfers to you, with a document explaining how it was built. Another team could take it over even if you do not continue with us — that is deliberate.
7. Ongoing work (monthly)
If you chose SEO or ad management, the monthly cycle is: measure, change, report. The report shows enquiries, not impressions, and states what we changed and why. No long-term lock-in.
